BIN 680 card range

BINs beginning with 680 cover 1,000 card ranges, mostly GIROCARD, issued by 5 banks in 11 countries.

Cards in the 680 range are GIROCARD (98%), MAESTRO (1%), EBT (1%). The first digit of a card number identifies the network: 3 is American Express, Diners and JCB, 4 is Visa, 5 is Mastercard, and 6 is Discover and UnionPay.

A BIN is the first 6 to 8 digits of a card number. 680 is the leading three, which identifies the card range — enter the full 6 to 8 digits in the BIN Checker to identify a specific card's issuing bank and country.
