Sending money with Fyatu takes just a few minutes from start to finish.

Select the country and payout method: mobile money, bank transfer, cash pickup, or Fyatu wallet.

Common questions about sending money with Fyatu.

Open the Fyatu app, tap "Send Money", choose the destination country and payout method, enter the recipient details and amount, review the fees and exchange rate, then confirm the transfer.
For mobile money transfers, you need the recipient phone number. For bank transfers, you need the bank name, account number, and account holder name. For Fyatu-to-Fyatu, just their phone number or username.
Transfers that have not yet been processed can be cancelled from the transaction history in your app. Once a transfer has been delivered, it cannot be reversed. Contact support for assistance.
You will receive an instant push notification and email confirmation when your transfer is sent and again when it is delivered to the recipient. You can also track the status in your transaction history.
Currently, transfers are sent one at a time through the app. For bulk transfers, consider using the Fyatu Business platform, which supports batch payouts via API.
